Return Process

  Contact our customer excellence team via email or live chat after your 30-night break-in period to start the return or exchange process.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to schedule a convenient time to pick up the mattress from your home at no cost to you.

  Verification and Proof

  Once the mattress is collected, simply provide us with a scanned copy or photo of the donation receipt or pickup confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive your documentation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
