We offer a 120-night risk-free trial. We ask that you sleep on your new Bear Mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust before initiating a return.
How is the mattress shipped and delivered?
Your mattress is compressed, rolled, and shipped in a compact box via FedEx. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Does the mattress require a specific type of bed frame?
Bear Mattresses work on any firm, flat surface. This includes memory foam-friendly foundations, platform beds, slatted bases (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), or even the floor.
What is the warranty policy?
Every Bear Mattress comes with a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or structural shifts, ensuring your investment is protected for as long as you own it.
How do I clean and care for my mattress?
We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to prevent stains. For spot cleaning, use a mild detergent and cool water, dabbing gently rather than rubbing.
Do you offer financing options?
